Philip and Jessyca Rexing
Lead Pastor
Pastor Philip and Jessyca Rexing, along with their children Liam, Madeline and Annabelle, are excited to serve at Park Avenue. They have a passion for reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and a desire to positively impact the lives of those around them.
Pastor Philip first received the call to ministry as a high school student in his home town of McLeansboro IL, and immediately began to serve wherever God would open the door. While a student at Missouri S&T he served successfully in roles such as Youth Ministry Sponsor, Boys Ministry Director, and Campus Student Pastor. After college he served as the Director of the Church Health Team at New Life Church of God, and then as the Lead Pastor of CrossPointe Church of God. Pastor Philip began serving Park Avenue in July of 2023 and he currently serves as the Chairman of the Illinois Church of God Youth Board as well.
Jessyca Rexing was born and raised in Cianorte, Brazil. There she followed in her parent’s footsteps of serving the church in whatever capacity was needed, this included experience in Children’s Ministry, Nursery Care, and Community Outreach.
Lawrence and Tedra Crow
Associate Pastor
Larry got saved in 1976 shortly after meeting Tedra at college. They were married the following year. They had two sons soon after, Joshua in 1978 and Stephen in 1980. In 1982, in order to support the family, Larry enlisted in the Army. Little did he know this was God guiding him. In 1984 while serving in Germany, Larry surrendered to the call of God. Larry and Tedra became fellowship lay leaders under the Ministry to the Military and Pastors Bob and Patty Moore from the Stuttgart Christian Servicemens Center. That humble beginning led to ministry in many locations stateside and around the world. Ministry roles have included Children’s Pastors, Evangelist, Street Ministry, Music Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Lead Pastor, and more.
Today, Larry serves as Park Avenue’s Associate Pastor. He and Tedra have been married for over 40 years. Their son Joshua is married to his lovely wife Ann and they have four children, Jillian, Casey, Tanner, and Makenzie. Joshua and Ann reside in Arizona. Stephen lives in the Belleville area and is very involved at his home church there.

Larry enjoys playing guitar, cooking, traveling, and teaching. Tedra loves making jewelry and giving it away as gifts to those the Holy Spirit prompts her heart to bless.
